Thank you for using ArchiTwin.

Currently, we have confirmed an issue where registering a password-protected Matterport space with ArchiTwin prevents users from accessing the password-protected space within ArchiTwin.
Matterport spaces without a password can be accessed as usual.
We are taking the following steps regarding this matter.

Current situation and response

This is not due to a server downtime or other failure, but rather a possible change in the authentication logic specifications of the Matterport system.
The development team is currently exploring workarounds and alternative solutions.
