[Event Report] The 2nd ArchiTwin User Meeting 2026 was held! Users share their insights on the cutting edge of "digital twin utilization."

On March 5, 2026, ArchiTwin Inc. held the "ArchiTwin User Meeting 2026." Many users who regularly utilize our services gathered for the event, making it a very enthusiastic and memorable occasion.

At this user meeting, we will have users from four leading companies in the industry take the stage to share their "on-site challenges" and "how they solved them."

1. Integration of remote utilization and communication technology

From the perspective of the development manager of the BIM x FM information platform "AIR-Plate,"BIM Computer Information DevelopmentThe speaker explained the challenges in implementing the system in practice, as well as the key points for utilizing its integration with ArchiTwin, which were shared at this user meeting. The importance of centralized data management from design to maintenance was reaffirmed.

3. Deployment of remote field management solutions for ships

• Kohei Hamano, Planning and Development Department, Taiko Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. 

It's not just construction—we were presented with case studies of how "ShipTwin," our remote site management solution for ships, is being used. From a pump manufacturer's unique perspective, they also introduced the development of features such as remote ship inspections, which they are working on with the Nippon Foundation. This is an example of how ArchiTwin's technology is contributing to "visualization of the site" across industries.

4. Cultural and secondary use of BIM data and efficient quantitative calculation

• Takayuki Shimohira, Production Technology Division, Shimizu Corporation 

In the context of digital archiving and BIM utilization of cultural properties and historical buildings, and from the perspective of exploring secondary uses of digital data outside of architecture, this user meeting will discuss the development of an optional feature for ArchiTwin.Quantity calculation functionWe were given an overview and outlook on the project. Improving the efficiency of estimation work based on accurate data will lead to the resolution of a major challenge for the entire construction industry.

In between the case study presentations, we held a fun little activity: an "ArchiTwin Trivia Quiz"!

The questions ranged from "extremely difficult questions about digital twins" to "personal quizzes about ArchiTwin members."

The users were racking their brains wondering, "Which one is it!?", but the excitement was palpable. The tension of the serious session instantly dissipated, the venue was filled with smiles, and the users themselves became much closer to each other.

After all the sessions concluded, we held a networking event for the participants.

ArchiTwin created this space not just to share case studies, but because we wanted to create a place where users could directly discuss things like, "This is how we use it at our company," and "This is how we solved that problem at our company."

Professionals from different fields can connect through the common language of "digitalization of the workplace," and take away new insights. This is the essence of the ArchiTwin User Group that we aim for.

What all the case studies presented this time had in common was that they focused not on "how a tool was introduced," but on "how the problems on the ground were solved."
