■ Request for re-upload
We have confirmed that encrypted object data still remains in the system in some environments.
If you keep this data, it may cause problems with updates and display processing.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please follow the steps below.Re-uploadPlease respond as follows.
- Log in to the ArchiTwin admin site
- Select hidden objects in the 3D library editing screen
- Try uploading again

■ About data deletion
2025/12/31 (Wed)The encrypted data will be deleted from our database.
Incidentally,Once the data is deleted, it will no longer be possible to automatically restore it to its original location.
