We are currently aware of an incident in which some of our systems have been disrupted by unauthorized access, resulting in some data being encrypted.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this matter, but we would like to inform you of the current status of our response and requests to customers regarding this matter.
Current situation and response
1. About encrypted objects
Some objects are hidden.
・For customers,Log in to the ArchiTwin administration siteHowever, if any objects are not displayed on the platform, you will need to re-upload them by following the steps below.
i. Log in to the admin site
ii. Open the 3D library editing screen
iii. Select the hidden objects and upload them again
Once the re-upload is complete, the object will automatically be restored to its original location.

2. Server security
- Checks and cleaning of the server on the AWS side have been completed, and safety has been confirmed.
Customer impact
・Some objects may become hidden, but they can be restored using the steps above.
