Notice regarding ArchiTwin Basic system failure and data recovery status

Dear customers

Thank you for using ArchiTwin. Currently, part of our system has been illegally accessed from an external source, and some data has been encrypted. We are continuing to work and investigate the issue to restore the data on the platform. We would like to inform you of the latest situation regarding this matter.

Current situation and response
We are currently in the process of migrating data from the affected server to a new environment, but it will take some time to fully restore the system. We will notify you of the recovery date once it has been confirmed.

Recovering Encrypted Data:
We are currently working with a specialized team to restore the service, but we are unable to estimate when it will be restored. We will notify you as soon as there are any developments.

Interim workaround:
For objects that are not displayed, you can partially restore their display in the space by re-uploading them from the 3D library in the management screen.

Upcoming
We will provide further updates on the progress of the restoration work. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and concern this has caused our customers. We are taking all possible measures to ensure that you can use our services with peace of mind, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
