On December 2024, 12, we confirmed that a part of our system was experiencing a disruption due to unauthorized access.
Due to this issue, the object placement function is currently unavailable.
We are currently working on the following:
- Complete isolation of the server where unauthorized access occurred and suspension of access
・Investigate the scope of the impact and confirm the detailed situation
・Responses toward system recovery
Fault range:
- Ability to view 3D objects in space using ArchiTwin Basic and the former ArchiTwin Pro
All tag placement and comment functions other than those listed above are working properly.
Regarding the safety of customer data, we are continuing to check the situation, but it has been confirmed at this time that no data has been leaked as a result of this incident.
We will provide further information as soon as possible regarding the progress of the investigation and the status of recovery.
